Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is in a ideal spot it’s tucked away on the pit skirts of Swindon so you miss the noise and traffic of the town centre but on the other hand you’re 5-10 minutes from a supermarket & retail park. Parking is good two spaces of car & work van.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have reported the issues we’ve encountered awaiting response but we have only just moved in so appreciate these things can take a little time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would advise when viewing any property pay real attention to the details and quality of work as we have picked up on some really poor workmanship (fencing) (dishwasher) cannot open fully as it catches the unit handle. But these things are cosmetic and can/will be resolved.

Good parking in the development, lack of small shops close by but nice pubs and farm shop, very quiet

Have raised issues but can’t comment on response time as of yet because only raised recently

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The downside for the area is that I’m not registered on google maps yet so I’m having lots of troubles with deliveries coming to the house & also no waste collection, I also get taxis for work & they can’t find me. I love the area for the peace & quiet, i think it will be even better when there are some play parks & a shop around as I have a 4 year old so it will be nice to have things to do. It’ll also be nicer in the summer when there isn’t as much mud around from the builders still on site.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I logged a maintenance issue on Friday and they came out on Monday to repair the issue for me - I was very pleased with the service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that I didn’t have any recycling bins or waste collection & that the postcode wasn’t registered with the local council as this has caused me lots of waiting to get things done and stress having things delivered & getting lost.
