Few shops here but quite a walk to. Maybe a little shop up the top of development would have been good. Street great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not raised any issues as of yet so cannot comment.

Be good to know where to get bins from and collection days.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is definitely a plus. The railway station is really convenient, with direct trains to London, making it great for commuters. Road links are decent, but the A21 can get quite congested at times. Public transport could be better, but it's manageable. One of the best things about Paddock Wood is the open space around it. The countryside is beautiful, and there are some great walks and cycling routes nearby. It’s a good place for families and people who enjoy a quieter lifestyle.

We have had no issue to raise so far so cannot comment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Abundance of outdoor space right on the doorstep. Bus transport close by for use and most town centres etc within 10-15 minutes. Some lovely restaurants near by. No traffic noise, minimal anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and pro active! We had a tradesman arrive within days to fox the problem.

Just how easy going Leaf Living are to accommodate most things. It is refreshing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s lovely here a lovely community with nice walks and space. There’s a coop in the village and a coffee shop on the way. Bin collections have been easy, no traffic noise where we are along the river. Overall a quiet village with friendly people. Supermarket and other shops are within easy reach

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Day time property management/ maintenance have been a bit slow in responding and attending and the first visit was quick and the issue was not resolved which then lead to the emergency team having to attend. The whole emergency team were great, communicating at every stage and resolving the issue. Thank you
