Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We only moved in recently so we have not had any bad experiences. There appears to a good local & frequent bus service with numerous stops located nearby. There are a number of local shops and a nice pub within walking distance. Great canal side walks and a lovely man made green space with large wildlife ponds. Plenty of parks for children to play.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Still awaiting a response regarding vinyl flooring to kitchen.

Nothing to add at this time as have only recently moved in.

Kitchen comes with appliances fitted, quiet neighbourhood. Downside is the ongoing construction and the disrepair this has caused the roads leading to the property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not yet moved in to the property so no issues have been raised but the property looks fine

Construction in the area was still ongoing. A lot of lorries in the area and bad road conditions

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’m very happy living in this area. There’s a great range of shops, cafés and open spaces, and everything is easy to reach. Transport links are reliable, and my street is generally quiet with good parking and regular bin collections. It feels safe and well‑maintained overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had an issue with the Hive thermostat and they responded very quickly

Hi, there is nothing i can think of at this moment

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is in a cul-de-sac so very quiet and nice. There are shops nearby which is convenient. The property has enough parking for three cars and the garage is very spacious which is handy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not moved in to the property as of yet so have not raised any issues but from our visits the property looks in good repair and we have no complaints thus far and hope it will continue this way.

We were not aware of the continuing plans for development in the area our property is situated- the only downside is the roads leading to our property are currently in terrible condition.

Fantastic area with a large selection of convenient amenities, the general area is very quite. The transport connections in to London are fantastic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Too early to comment on this other than the excellent customer focused service provided by your rep Sahar.

Terrible UK weather after many years of living in the Middle East, more serious note, nothing to comment about at this time.
