Very quite area, nice looking houses bad side no shops around you have to drive 10-12mins to th shops
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Our solar panel isn’t working we have raised it with the maintenance team and the have referred us to the developer been over work, developer has not contacted us.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything was explained to us, the team are fantastic and cool.

Few minutes drive to town centre, where local shops are located. The location is quiet which is my preference
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yet to raise an issues concerning the solar PV Hopefully this will be sorted soon
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think viewers should select their house numbers themselves rather than being given. Especially if it’s a new development with several houses.

The bad aspects is it takes a miles before you reach where you can get something to buy and the good aspects is the parking areas are perfect and the surrounding roads are great looking forward to have my bin

Have not encountered any problems so far but Dey are always to respond to any concerns I raised

Not everyone is good at growing flowers or making garden so they should made smal flowing plants in the garden

The environment and its surroundings are so beautiful and so peaceful for everyone who not like nosey places.the parking availability is ok

They are fantastic,day-to-day repairs and ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties.

I recommend their service for anyone interested to rent or buy a house
