We have been extremely happy with our home. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and finished to a very high standard. One of the standout features is the EV charger, which has been a fantastic addition and makes owning an electric vehicle very convenient. The development is well maintained and has a welcoming feel. The buying and aftercare experience has also been very positive. Daisy Bluman was particularly helpful throughout the process and provided excellent customer service. She was especially supportive when I needed assistance finding out who my gas supplier was, and she made sure my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. Her professionalism and willingness to help made settling into our new home much easier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lower Herne is a great place to live, especially for families. The location is excellent, with easy access to the town centre, local schools, supermarkets, and other essential amenities. There are plenty of open spaces nearby for walks and outdoor activities, and transport links are convenient for travelling into Herne Bay and surrounding areas. The neighbourhood is generally peaceful and friendly, with good parking availability and regular bin collections. It offers a nice balance between convenience and a relaxed community atmosphere.
