Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a very pleasant and well-planned neighbourhood. The houses are spaced reasonably apart, which gives the area an open and comfortable feel. It is generally quiet and feels safe to live here. There is a useful community centre nearby with a post office, convenience store and pharmacy, which makes day-to-day life very convenient. There is also a bus stop close to the development, providing good transport links to surrounding areas. Parking availability is good, bin collections are reliable and always on time, and we have not experienced any issues with anti-social behaviour or excessive traffic noise. Overall, it is a new neighbourhood with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of potential for future growth. We are particularly looking forward to seeing how the planned green spaces and landscaping within the development mature over time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since moving in, any issues or queries we have raised have been responded to promptly by the Leaf Living team. Communication has been clear, and follow-up actions have been handled efficiently, which has given us confidence that any concerns will be addressed quickly. Overall, the customer service has been excellent, and we have found Leaf Living to be professional, responsive, and easy to deal with.

One thing that pleasantly surprised us was how flexible the move-in process was. When we were arranging our tenancy, the team was accommodating with move-in timings and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. This flexibility made what can often be a stressful experience much easier. Overall, there were no major surprises after moving in, and our experience has been very positive so far.

I’ve lived in reading a long time but very close to the M4, the lead living estate is so much quieter.

None just yet but I’m sure they’ll be good and fast to respond

More about the portal, was a bit complicated with signing docs and paying rent

Living at Emmer Green Drive is great. Close to some local shops, parks and restaurants. Very quiet with minimal ASB. We are very happy here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had any issues yet within the building, but so far so good!

Nothing really. We know the area well and it’s a great part of Reading to live in.
