Good neighbourhood with excellent public transport link to the hospital and city. Good sound insulation, minimal sound from construction nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt response via email regarding the application or property issue.

First time renting with private company. Everything was explained in details and any questions I had was answered.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is peaceful and very convenient for daily life. There are plenty of open spaces nearby, making it a great environment to relax. The transport links are excellent, providing easy access to the town center. The street is generally clean and quiet, with regular bin collections and very little traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I raised a small question, the team responded quickly and very minor issues were resolved immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how lovely and bright the house actually feels throughout the day, even more than during the viewing.

Most people or delivery companies cannot find or don’t know Barley Avenue. Need to put up two road signs for Barley Avenue like Cherry Tree Ave. I still cannot register on Council of Oxford for bin collection schedule
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We raised questions and issues but building management hasn’t been responsive. They say developer will contact us on 30 days but not yet. We moved in already 3 weeks.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we knew the post code OX3 9XL is not activated with local council.
