We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Besides the mentioned problems with delivery and parcels, post box is usually vandalised and parcels get stolen from there as well. Lift is working a day out of 4, usually being blocked for some days before the management calls someone to fix it. Sometimes there are random issues with the hot water provider, resulting in some flats being without hot water for several hours. Random people are able to enter the building, and it is not possible to ask for CCTV records, making security quite useless. The property manager cannot be contacted in any way (but this has become better lately), resulting in tickets for fixing issues in the flat staying open for months. The flat is usually very new, modern, and I spent the full Winter 2022-2023 without turning on the heating, with the minimum temperature inside the flat being 19.4°C (not joking, while outside it was snowing, inside there were almost 20°C). In summer it is a bit boiling though, with an average of 28-30°C. I am not ground or first floor, so I assume heating from lower floors goes up to my flat.

The development has definitely been designed with space in mind, which exceeds the standards of recent developments. that said it seems 5 years after build a number of issues have arisen - repetitive leaks in the building, hot water problems (which is centralised). the management company are also slow to react to this issues. overall it’s an aesthetically great development but doesnt come without issues

The building is only 5 years old hence very modern and stylish and built to a high standard. The walls are super thick so we never hear the neighbours. Also, because it's so well insulated we hardly use any heating during winter. There is a gym and rooftop on-site. There is a sense of community and the neighbours are really nice. The property management company, Pinnacle Places, is average but I don't think there are any really good ones out there!

Built to high specification. Facilities include a communal rooftop and gym. As it was only built 4-5 years ago it feels modern and fresh. There is a sense of community in the building which is very nice. The Management co, Pinnacle Square, could be better.

The place is really comfortable to live in and it’s really homely. The rooms are spacious enough for me and my family, including the space of the garden. However the amenities around are pretty rubbish. I chose this development because it is suitable for my family and the buildings were new!
