The environment is excellent and I advise people to buy here

Nice and quiet area with a lot of parking per house /flat. Area is well maintained and kept clear of litter. Living close to the main crick road can get loud and with the trainline close by. All the neighbors are polite and doesn't appear to be any anti social behaviour. The service charges are quite high but the area is well maintained. There has been quite a few minor issues still with defects still not been rectified by the builders after 12 months.

noise from road and railway at certain times of the day

What is the best feature of your home:

large livings room / 2 bathrooms / good kitchen Mostly for me its the design lots of space and storage
