Building management has generally been responsive to issues raised, though some concerns—such as the limited gym facilities and restrictions on personal equipment—have not yet been addressed

Before moving into Lampwick Quay, I wish I had known that the gym facilities were quite limited and that residents are not permitted to bring their own equipment, as this impacts the usability of the amenity

Well Maintained Living Close to the City Centre

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The best thing about this area is how close it is to the city centre while still feeling calmer than the busiest parts of Manchester. I can walk into town very easily, but I do not feel overwhelmed by noise or crowds when I come home. There are useful shops, nice places to eat and good transport links nearby, so day-to-day life feels very convenient. On the downside, parking is not the easiest, and anyone with a car may find it a bit of a challenge. The rent in this part of Manchester is also a little higher, so that is something to keep in mind.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have responded very promptly. Theyhave an app to raise any such issues and it gets addressed on time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing at the moment, as I am happy with the property.
