Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the two thames shopping centre- has a M&S, Primark, and various food spots. Staines food court is across the road (multiple Asian restaurants present in side). Co-op available below the building as well. Plenty of parking spots inside the building, few street level parking spots too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Deni is fast in resolving issues. Very proactive property manager.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

building can be hot during the summer. Not Kooky or the PM's fault, its just a design flaw.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Too many teenagers around on bikes which makes you feel unsafe. Cars are always parked on double yellow. There's also unpleasant smell near the garbage area when you walk past which attracts flies too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They're very quick to resolve the issue. Highly recommended

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The anti social behaviour, lack of storage. The garbage being on the lower level.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

i have lived in this property for 3 years, local area has plenty of bars and restaurants, allocated parking on site which is great. its a town centre development so there is always going to be slightly higher volume of traffic but its never really that bad. you never really hear any outside noise or noise from other apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

everything i have raised has been dealt with professionally and in a good time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

that the bins are collected from my side of the building but its better than being on the main high street side.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My property at Windsor House is located to a great blend of shops and good amenities. I particularly love the mix of shops available that include a Turkish supermarket with fresh produce everyday, A Japanese supermarket with whole foods and an excellent array of food, wine, fish and great ingredients for cooking. Additionally there is a great M & S too. The station at Staines is only a stone throw away so getting to and from the city of London is easy and quick. My visitors always are impressed how safe it feels and how it has a great outdoor and indoor market. There are some older teenagers that can be loud and noisey sometimes but in comparison to some areas this is lightweight. Oh yes, and someone tried to steel a jam doughnut from M & S the other day is a far cry from the realities of some inner cities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once again I was surprised at how quickly the team here responded to situations for the good of the development, tenants and community too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I’d like to point out is that I wish they would allow a boxing bag in the kooky gym. It’s my one gripe I have with them. Boxersize is one of the best physical activities one could do to get fit and agile. I have one in my room but it takes vital space. I would prefer to see one free standing punch boxersize bag in the gym please :-)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything, including the train station, bus stop and high street is super close! There are many local shops, bars and restaurants only a walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since I have not raised any issues, I am not aware.

I would've appreciated knowing how few kitchen appliances were going to be provided.
