It is vey nice and neat place to live and the general manager is also very nice and supportive. It is very well preserved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The general manager is very responsive and she help to solve any issue I have had with the flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing to say , it is such like what I was expected.

Overall it’s positive. Local shops and restaurants offer a solid mix of chain options and small independents, and nearby green spaces are well maintained and usually quiet on weekdays. Public transport is frequent, though rush hours get crowded and a few interchange points can slow you down. Waste collection is reliable, noise levels are low during the day and low at night. You might run into the occasional impatient driver, but the area feels safe and generally easy to live in.

Building management responds promptly and efficiently to all issues raised.

I wish I had known how busy the lifts can get during peak hours and that some parking spots fill up quickly, so planning ahead makes daily routines smoother.

Great central location for Train Station, Buses and shops. Visitor parking can be a problem in obtaining a visitor permit from Surrey CC - however there are options nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Matters raised where noted and dealt with quickly. Any annual service or maintenance matters are notiifed in advance so a suitable mutual time can be agreed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When building the flat the door to the ensuite should have opened outward to the bedroom rather than inward to the loo and shower, as this creates a very squashed space when the door is opened.

Living in Staines has been a very positive experience. The property is conveniently located close to the High Street, where there is a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, as well as a large retail park with many popular stores. You can easily find everything you need, from coffee shops and bakeries to a wide range of international restaurants including Chinese, Italian, and Korean options. Transport links are excellent — it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and there are regular bus services to the airport and surrounding areas. The neighbourhood feels very safe and well maintained, with clean streets and a pleasant atmosphere. Parking is generally manageable, and bin collections are reliable. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live with a good balance of amenities and transport access.

The building management has been very responsive and resolved any issues promptly and efficiently.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient and well-connected the location is. While viewings highlight the apartment itself, they don’t always capture the ease of access to the High Street, local restaurants, shops, and transport links. New neighbours should know that living here is not only comfortable but also very practical for daily errands and commuting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love it here. I was very nervous to move at first but have really enjoyed my time here. it has been really nice and convenient. The facilities is amazing but do wish there was someone who can help if the doors because I have left my keys before by accident and the payment was really expensive. I work really long hours as I am a teacher so it is a struggle sometimes.

No problems. They have been great and helpful and kind and fantastic.
