Great location being a very short walk to river walk and elmsleigh shopping centre. Very convenient with transport links in to central London within 32min. Quiet and clean. Gym is an added bonus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issue during my tenancy, but they have helped with any queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn’t aware you had to sign up with the concierge and this is what gives you access to delivery collection and the gym so I would say to do that as soon as possible, it doesn’t take long.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything, including the train station, bus stop and high street is super close! There are many local shops, bars and restaurants only a walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since I have not raised any issues, I am not aware.

I would've appreciated knowing how few kitchen appliances were going to be provided.

The location of the property and onsite customer manager are really nice while there are lots of insects/flys/spiders when I open the window which is really annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They react quickly and are very responsible. I am satisfied with the team.

There are more and more Asian people here, so there are Asian supermarket here.

Good the building safety it’s different level , And there’s no bad think I really enjoying my mum flat

They take action straight up and they are very general

From my experience, the Kooky Staines-Upon-Thames development has a lot to offer, but there are a few things to consider that might not be obvious during a typical viewing. One thing to note is that while the proximity to Heathrow Airport is convenient for travelers, it may also mean occasional noise from overhead flights, depending on the flight path.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a fantastic range of local shops, restaurants and amenities in the local area. There is limited traffic noise, bit additionally parking is tricky unless you own a space.

Answered the phone when needed for the only issue encountered to date
