Great central area to live in with close access to shops, restaurants, transport links and convenient motorway access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Deni has always responded in a professional yet personable manner with the utmost care and provides such knowledgeable advice and resolutions. Her service is second to none.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Out of Kooky's control however, the construction site opposite our flat. Construction started post us moving in.

Staines has a great link to transport and numerous restaurants & shops surrounding. Convenient central location with everything on its doorstep

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Incredible response from Deni (property Manager). Always goes above and beyond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That an active construction site would start within a year of moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the two thames shopping centre- has a M&S, Primark, and various food spots. Staines food court is across the road (multiple Asian restaurants present in side). Co-op available below the building as well. Plenty of parking spots inside the building, few street level parking spots too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Deni is fast in resolving issues. Very proactive property manager.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

building can be hot during the summer. Not Kooky or the PM's fault, its just a design flaw.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Too many teenagers around on bikes which makes you feel unsafe. Cars are always parked on double yellow. There's also unpleasant smell near the garbage area when you walk past which attracts flies too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They're very quick to resolve the issue. Highly recommended

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The anti social behaviour, lack of storage. The garbage being on the lower level.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

i have lived in this property for 3 years, local area has plenty of bars and restaurants, allocated parking on site which is great. its a town centre development so there is always going to be slightly higher volume of traffic but its never really that bad. you never really hear any outside noise or noise from other apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

everything i have raised has been dealt with professionally and in a good time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

that the bins are collected from my side of the building but its better than being on the main high street side.
