This is the best looking modern housing estate I’ve ever seen, let alone lived on.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is five minutes from Bicester ullage outlet, and a 20 minute walk into the town centre. Within a couple of moneys is a co-op and fish and chip shop for quick purchases, and a Tesco superstore is 5 mins away. Parking on my road is good, bin collection is regular, and the only real noise is from children. Traffic noise from the main dual carriageways can be heard in the distance, but is not at all noisy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The noise created around and under my house by neighbouring children.
What is the best feature of your home:
My home is warm, easy to upkeep, and feels very safe.
