Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is beautiful lots of walks, parks, green areas for my son and I to utilise, unfortunately the roads to the shops are all blocked apart from the long way around this means it’s quicker and easier to go to Tesco’s superstore ( for the Foreseeable future anyway ) bars and restaurants don’t really come into this review in our current climate but normally it’s good lots of places to eat and drink ( expensive though in this area ) as I use a car and not public transport I can’t really comment on it but we do have lots of transport services and a park and ride just round the corner so I guess all good in that department if that’s what you’re looking for or if you don’t have your own transport At the moment living on this street is very dusty and dirty all the time ( lots all hope of keeping my home clean inside and out ) till the building works have finished, the noise level on the other hand is quite minimal builders, traffic, wind all seam to be blocked out to a decent level due to things like the windows etc, so far I have not witnessed any antisocial activity or problems. Our street once finished ( I do hope it’s soon ) will be beautiful it’s getting there just slowly. :-)

Contact is none extant, I’ve let them know on a number of occasions of all the faults with the property ( been here 5 months ) and not one single response or any of the problems resolved

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's all good, walking distance to a magnificent gym and playing fields, Bicester village retail shopping and other shoping prescients consisting of good packing. With is a good bus service to Bicester town and Oxford City, there is a nice quiet feeling of living in a lovely modern village.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When viewing the property (twice) I was not made aware of the heating controls which turned out to be quite technical. I also found the garden bed areas was clay based, not deep, had concrete in some areas and insufficient top soil.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

A bigger hallway would be so cool, it provides a wellcoming platform.
