Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A great community setting. The connections to the town centre are well supported by bus links. Local shopping has a wide range of options. A great supportive Kingsmere Residents Association that are forward thinking and have all residents best interests. The reach out on social media. I had a issue with street lighting and it was fixed very promptly. Great green space and parks with lots of dog waste bins too. A lovely place to live with families.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Using various methods of communication, I have found them to be approachable and responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing I can think of! Having approachable and friendly neighbours on the whole makes for a great community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is quiet and overall well maintained and clean. Great access to town center and motorway. Not enough car parking spaces. I also wish there was a coffee shop on the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had to deal with building management yet.

I would recommend joining the Bicester community Facebook group. It is great to get recommendations on finding a tradesman for example or just to know what is happening in the area.
