Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

When we moved we were told there would be a district village centre with shops bars restaurants and a new doctors - three years on nothing and at least another two to wait ! There was never a plan for a doctors that was a lie. There is inadequate visitors spaces and the only traffic and anti social behaviour we experience is from Redrow themselves building three extra houses in a phase that was completed three years ago!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We get told tough deal with it you knew we were going to build another three houses yes but we did not consent to be treated in this manner and bullied on a daily basis

How awful their customer service is and lack of empathy and understanding this company take your money and throw you to the dogs

It's just houses, no shops within walking distance. Main road, NMR Extension needs to be double yellowed as the social houses park on the road causing massive backups of traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Now that the entire building has sold, the place does look pretty shoddy, standard of cleaning is poor, management company don't really seem to care.

Nothing, all good! Can't really comment on anything as what we saw is what we got.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Village centee promised on the initial development plans, part of the reason for buying. Still no sign of this work starting and no plans released to development on what it will include. Noise levels are very low, but the single access road to school does mean there is school traffic. Parking availability is ok, can be bad at weekends. Bin collections are good until there are council changes in procedure - these aren’t communicated and causes problems.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems have been addressed to a high standard, including any issues up to 6 months after moving in. Issues arose when the property was handed over to management company.

Wish I had clear timelines on the development of the village centre and amenities.

Shops or a coffee shop would be god for this area, everything els is good so far including transport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We are satisfied with the way they have responded.

I wish i could have got it before this place , i am very happy .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Currently there is a lack of shops and facilities in the area. They have built new school and a leisure centre which is a good start. Bus stop is really convenient. The area needs shops within walking distance and perhaps some other local cafes etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quite quickly to issues and managed to resolve them.

Please consider parking and if there is enough in the area for your future needs.
