Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is really good, at the end of McDonald Road, 7 mins walk to the major Tesco shop, 2 mins walk to a really large park (where you can walk your dog). It's located in a residential area, which makes it quiet and safe; I could barely hear any traffic noise and things. 2 mins walk to a bus stop, which gets me to the city centre and Haymarket, and 10 mins walk to a local tram stop, which gets me to the airport.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond to the email really fast, normally sort things out within 2 days, and they are really supportive with any issues; they never ignore or delay any emails.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I guess you can get quite an extensive viewing with Jade (or any member of the management team) before move-in, and you can ask her any questions. Everything was as described, and she never missed any important detail!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
really well situated, near trams and buses but also good walking distance to St James'/waverley. Easy grocery shopping and the only downside is the school but you get used to that noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always really organised, communicating effectively and quickly implimenting any changes that need to be made.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
use the facilities more! Noone really uses the gym and study spaces enough which is a shame so take advantage of the opportunity. It's surprisingly quiet! you can't change energy provider so be prepared for Switch2 prices. but it does mean no fuss

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is in a great location. Close access to 2 different buses and about a 10 minute walk to get to the tram. The large Tesco is such a convenient distant away and you get to Stockbridge or St James Centre in no time. It’s quiet enough from the busy city but is close enough to return and get back into the action.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is quick to respond to emails about repairs, and will help fix things as soon as they are available!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It is a pet friendly building but that does come with an extra monthly charge. Pets aren’t allowed in common spaces such as the lounge or rooftop!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Property is right by Leith Walk. Amazing range of shops, restaurants and shopping centre all within walking distance. Transport within a 5 minute walk too. Street is residential and quiet, but steps away from the city life. Excellent location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and kindly. I was never let down so far. Everyone is ready to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really. My stay is exactly as I had expected it as it is as it’s presented.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Broughton is a great place to live, with St Marks park and the water of Leith walk right around the corner. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants, as well as fantastic charity shops and a great range of supermarkets, including a Lidl and large Tesco. The tram line is just down the road, which is another bonus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always responded really quickly and efficiently. The property was kept very clean and everyone from the team was super friendly and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The electricity costs were horrendous, considering the small size of the flat
