Amazing are! So close to so many amenities and so convenient for getting bus routes to move around the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond very quickly and are extremely kind

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The storage isn’t vast so I’d consider downsizing my belongings but they’ve made do with what little space there is! Otherwise no complaints

Living near Leith Walk has been a very positive experience. The area feels lively and welcoming with plenty of cafés, small shops and great transport links that make daily life easier. It is convenient, friendly and full of character, so overall it has been a lovely place to stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

How the building management has responded The building management have always been quick, polite and very helpful whenever I have raised anything, and any issues have been resolved smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in I hadn’t realised how convenient the shared facilities would be in day-to-day life. The club room and gym are far more useful than they appear during a viewing, so I would tell new neighbours to make full use of them as they genuinely add to the experience of living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location with walking distance to Tesco, Lidl and local stores. Bust stop is a couple of minutes away. A 20 minute walk to Princes Street and St James Quarter making it easy to explore the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were extremely responsive and solved all issues asap!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check lifts before taking a higher floor to avoid climbing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

it's really quiet and peaceful area. it's also very convenient, as the grocery stores are not far from it. For the bad aspects are a little far from the UoE, it's not very convenitent for students

They are very helpful and friendly. they reponsed my questions very quick. truly helped me a lot

i would like to know the stove is heated by induction cooker

A great location, near town, Leith, Stockbridge. All the hot spots of the city but still remains in a quiet area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If there were any issues which was rare, these were addressed very quickly and professionally.

There are more modern complexes in Edinburgh of a similar nature - but don’t be fooled. I’d choose Kingsford over any of these based on personal experience.
