Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has great pubs, restaurants and cafe's, as well as St Mark's park and the Water of Leith just across the road. There are three supermarkets within 10 mins walk, and the tram line is also a 10 min walk. The street is very peaceful for the most part, but some noise to be expected given the proximity to the primary school.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues (very few) have been handled effectively and efficiently.

The welcome pack and tour provided gave plenty of information prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I cannot find fault in this residence whatsoever. We have been here now for 3 months. It’s close to local shops bars restaurants etc. also just minutes from t he St James quarter and city centre. Very quite and fellow residents all nice people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time we been anything done it’s dealt with same day.

Just go and see the gym and rooftop to see how great this place is.

Leith walk is just a short walk away with any store you could ask from ranging from grocery shops to cafe!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues were looked at/resolved same day sometimes even the same hour!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the bedroom had a proper wardrobe as it’s quite hard to store clothes with that limited space

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Leith walk is just a short walk from the property, which has every shop one can imagine. On the other side, Lidl and Tesco in canon mills are also just a ten minute walk. I do wish that there were more convenient bus routes outside the building, but in terms of walking it’s amazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we have had an issue we have simply emailed management and they’ve gotten back to us incredibly fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen space can be quite small, but it is extremely worth it for how beautifully built it is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet, near Leith Walk with excellent cafe and restaurant selection. Easy tram access. Soundproofing is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, in email. Fast responses. Very quick to help if I lock myself out by accident.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is old, so the heating bill will be expensive.
