Excellent location with walking distance to Tesco, Lidl and local stores. Bust stop is a couple of minutes away. A 20 minute walk to Princes Street and St James Quarter making it easy to explore the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were extremely responsive and solved all issues asap!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check lifts before taking a higher floor to avoid climbing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

it's really quiet and peaceful area. it's also very convenient, as the grocery stores are not far from it. For the bad aspects are a little far from the UoE, it's not very convenitent for students

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very helpful and friendly. they reponsed my questions very quick. truly helped me a lot

i would like to know the stove is heated by induction cooker

A great location, near town, Leith, Stockbridge. All the hot spots of the city but still remains in a quiet area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If there were any issues which was rare, these were addressed very quickly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are more modern complexes in Edinburgh of a similar nature - but don’t be fooled. I’d choose Kingsford over any of these based on personal experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very well served area, close to city center, mall, and supermarkets. Very high safety level and schools around the residence.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been no problems or issues so far thank God, but when we request anything, they respond immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don't book anywhere else but Kingsford. There's no place better!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is good with a permit and there is free parking further down another road. Short walk to find great cafes, restaurants and shops. Incredibly quiet for a city building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded to every problem so far. No issues.

I would advise viewing as many different apartments as you can to find the one that is right for you. There are a few different layouts.
