Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is in a great area - less than 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, with lots of local bus services nearby. St Marks Park is literally on the doorstep with miles of paths for walking/cycling/running. Within the apartment complex there's a well equipped gym and a roof terrace with views of the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is excellent- we reported a problem which was fixed the same day!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The appliances in the apartment are really high spec - the washing machine in particular is amazing. The kitchen space is pretty limited, so we ended up buying a large arifryer to help with meal preparation/cooking restrictions (there's only a two ring hob and a small appliance which doubles as a microwave and oven).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the centre of town, train station, Leith and Leith Walk for all your shopping. eating and drinking needs. Parking on next street with no permit required.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Email communication is clear and prompt. Any issues are dealt with rapidly.

There is a really friendly feeling to the 'community'.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You are a 5 minute walk away from Leith Walk and Broughton both having amazing selections of shops and places to eat/drink. A 10 minute walk away from St James centre. There are so many different places to go for walks like The Water of Leith and a short distance from Arthur’s Seat. Transport links are fantastic. On street parking is a available around the property. A super quiet area (when the schools are out haha)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue I have raised through the email service has been answered and sorted super quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didnt see my room before i moved in (which is not an issue) but i probably would have wanted to see how closely my window looks onto the playground / how loud it can be. Even then its not an issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I cannot find fault in this residence whatsoever. We have been here now for 3 months. It’s close to local shops bars restaurants etc. also just minutes from t he St James quarter and city centre. Very quite and fellow residents all nice people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time we been anything done it’s dealt with same day.

Just go and see the gym and rooftop to see how great this place is.

Leith walk is just a short walk away with any store you could ask from ranging from grocery shops to cafe!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues were looked at/resolved same day sometimes even the same hour!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the bedroom had a proper wardrobe as it’s quite hard to store clothes with that limited space
