I wish had known about paying extra for the parking.
Perfect building
The maintenance is great and all reception people are kind and helpful. I like windows in my flat are big from floor to ceiling. The flat is spacious and all brand new. I choose this development because of value for money.

I like the views
I choose this development in terms of central location, space and views. I really love my flat the views are amazing. I like the design it’s, overnight and minimal and all my rooms are spacious. It’s a pet friendly development. We don’t have any communal spaces.

This area is well connected and there are many shops and amenities. There are green ares and parks so close. Sometimes there are too many people.

Not really, I was searching everywhere before i bought it.
Nice place but lacks community feeling
Design is ok along with build management. Wooden floors scratch very easily along with bathroom sink stains. Decent size for a single occupant. Alot more than required. Have underground parking but spaces aren’t used. Good concierge service and security.

I like connectivity with transport and local amenities. Theres a lack of community, mainly chains as opposed to independent shops.
