Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The range of local shops are good - I am in close walking distance of a co op and a sainsburies, and there is also an Aldi within walking distance for cheaper purchases. There aren't really any restaurants/cafes/pubs in the area yet but I'm hoping these will come, and I can walk to Blackheath in 30 minutes for these. The transport is good as long as the trains to central London are running. When they are delayed or there are strikes etc that can be stressful and I know they are being reduced in December. Parking is good, there isn't noise in my area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't raised any problems or issues yet but I am confident in them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The park next door is lovely and you get to see a lot of dogs! There are also lots of cats and foxes around the area which is also nice.

A 'country' kind-of home close to the City of London

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Kidbrooke Village is an emerging development and therefore the facilities are similarly emerging. The centre of the village, Peglar Square, hosts regular artisanal pop-up, food and coffee 'caravans', serving quality with appreciation. A new Health Centre, Everest Partnership, is clearly going to be welcome, although personally, I have found the original surgery excellent and responsive. And for young families, the beautiful children's nursery at the ground floor of Larkin House will surely be a treasure, allowing toddlers to be dropped off with ease. I particularly like the range of wooden animals that gather around the entrance. I recognise the quality of the presentation, and I appreciate that. The development is surrounded by parklands, a nature reserve, and a high-spec experiential playground, for older children.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Presently I am in touch with building management with regards to the main windows and they have been immediately responsive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One needs patience in a sense, as this development is one that is emerging and will continue to emerge over the next further five years.

The building and the area are overall great. There is a great view of the park. The only downside is the lack of shops in the area, just two in Pegler square.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There has not been any problems so far. Management is very supportive generally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing coming to mind is the lack of shops around the area.
