Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central location, Very close to the Universities, shops, and city centre. There is some noise, but mainly coming from the ring road at the back.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As noted, Martin the building manager has been absolutely fantastic and is helping in every way possible to make the renting experience as good as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise coming from the Premier Inn parking when hotel customers press the buzzer to get in. This beeping sound is constant, loud, and gets echoed and amplified, which can become particularly annoying and distracting especially during night times. The other thing is knowing how badly insulated the building is - especially the state of the windows.

Location of the property is ideal, easy 5 min walk to city centre, 20 mins for M1, The Moor is 2 mins walk,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile

Nothing I can comment on, I did my research and everything has been as advertised

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the Moor, which has many stores and markets. There is a bus stop nearby as well, so overall the apartment is very convenient,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I think they tried their best, but sometimes, surprisingly, the lift failed many times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't comment because before I moved in, I had asked a lot of questions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is within walking distance of all amenities, with 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk, the city centre on your door step. Great transport links - 2 minutes from bus stops, 10 minute walk to the train station and onsite parking. Bin store for all bins so you never have to worry. No traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Straight away every time, great communication and flexibility

That there were better value flats in the building than the one we were staying in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ironyard is very central to all your needs regarding shops restaurants food shopping , extremely convenient for transport links ,train station, uber, buses etc. Parking isn't an issue as ironyard can accommodate this for a really good add on price to your rent, its extremely secure with a fob in system. Traffic noise can be heard during the day but is not a disturbance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive And Quick to manage any issues, not been anything major the 12 months I've been here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very cold in winter months , the wall heaters are not strong enough or big enough to give out adequate heating. Buying an oil heater will sort that. But you'll definitely need fans for summer months . 😁
