Well designed flats with amazing views and friendly helpful concierge. Not many facilities except communal bike stores and bins, and a concierge. Building management seem responsive but have been slow sorting out a few communal repairs. A useful owners group who organise collective improvements with the management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location next to the park, very quiet but close to Angel Dalston and Shoreditch. walking distance to Old Street and Dalston.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive but slow in implementation. Particularly on a few repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Flats facing south west get very hot and also get the most wind. East and other directions are much cooler and calmer.

Wonderful vibrant community for enjoying London city living

The two towers are luxury builds in every aspect - very spacious design, high end appliances, although some of the finishing touches inside of the flat are a bit on the cheap side and things start to flake a little after 2-3 years of living here. Property management team are great and always look after you. I feel safe coming home here, and I always know that all of my deliveries will be held securely for as long as needed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This area is really starting to build up and come to life. Being right in front of Shoreditch Park has been incredible, and having the Britannia Leisure centre open up nearby has been a fantastic addition to the neighbourhood. The only negative so far has been the constant construction noise nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, after some small mishaps and breakages / leaks, things usually get fixed in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about all of the loud construction that would be taking place right next door.

Happy High Rise City Living

The development is great and feels safe with respectable and likeminded neightbors. The property management company is incredibly knowledgeable - they help us out much more than our letting agent. Ideally, our letting agent could be better briefed or in touch with the property management when things go wrong as there's always weeks of miscommunication on who is responsible for what. Our agent is Regent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love living here and are very proud of our home. We love the proximity to the canal for walks and de beauvoir for bars and restaurants. We've found it very challenging to work out proper commutes to central london or to shoreditch and end up taking ubers more than we'd like.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management was great and knew how to fix things. The agent has never properly sent a repair person and takes weeks to respond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish it would have been more clear what type of sunlight we'd get on our balcony. We are happy with it but did lots of app usage and speculation to try to understand what times of day we'd be able to use. the balcony and what times of day our living room could potentially be very very warm.

Great facilities with 24hours concierge (accept deliveries of any parcels you may have), underground storage for certain flats and very well maintained hallway and corridors. If issue with lift etc. addressed very quickly by the management team in the building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Development well located by Shoreditch park and in between angel and old street stations

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are very responsive when an issue arises (online portal to report issues)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Quite a lot of building work around the development
