All good experience living in the area so far. The area is quiet and to my liking. It is in a very accessible area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is responsive to inquiries.

I dont really have a comment on this bc I came in with expectations and the expectations were met.

The neighbours are friendly, the front desk are very helpful and attentive. Staff members such as Ivan honestly restores hope in management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and with a great amount of concern and care

The neighbours are pleasant, and the front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive. Employees such as Ivan genuinely inspire confidence in the management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and with a high level of concern and professionalism

Everything is in good order, and I’m pleased with the overall experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Howard Court is situated opposite from The Eden Centre - High Wycombe's well resources shopping centre which includes bowling, cinema and a number of restaurants. Despite being between a number of well connected roads, I experienced little to no traffic noise. Parking is easy to apply for and obtain, and the parking facilities feel secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had very few issues living here. Once my fridge light broke (this is the only example I can think of!) and someone came to replace this within 2 hours. Wonderful service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The best thing bout Howard Court are the reception staff, including the management and security. A lovely group of people, they make living their easy, friendly and calm. I recommend seeing a couple of different flat types, and they layout may differ between apartments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Howard Court is directly behind the Eden shppping Centre so we are just 5 minutes walk to all of the main stores and supermarkets. Also being behind the shopping centre we are also very quiet once the centre closes at 6pm. We have an extensive refuse collection area, which is always tidy and the communal areas are always spotless

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they sent a specialist over to review the issue and there have been no further occurrences

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I do not have anything to add. The apartment was very much as I expected
