Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's located perfectly and you feel you live inside Eden centre. Yet,It's a private development, isolated and traffic soundproof. The security within the building is great as you have to fob in few times before getting into flat which is great and safe. You have great access to all of the local shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. The only downside is the WiFi connection and mobile network signals is poor sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The development is always kept clean, Aakifah and her team are very friendly, approachable and co-operative. The team are swift in their responses almost immediately and the issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently even if reported in late hours or in weekends.

Everything we wished for was as expected or better.

Very convenient location with shops, restaurants and train station in walking distance. Nice area of town near to everything but not too busy.

Building management respond Quickly and effectively

Very friendly and respectful environment ensuring comfortable living

Shopping centre next door that has plenty of places to eat and get whatever you need from, great takeaways to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always tried to fix it sort any issues out.

Depending on vehicle size some spaces can be a little tight.

Best area to be in in Wycombe. Right next to the Eden centre which makes shopping easy and there’s plenty to do

Any issues raised and dealt with quickly and competently

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to town center and my current work place. Traffic noise isn't an issue unless windows are open.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded in a timely and satisfactory manner.

This isnt to do with management or the building. Mainly the amount of dogs in the outdoor space that aren't on a lead and just running around
