Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's located perfectly and you feel you live inside Eden centre. Yet,It's a private development, isolated and traffic soundproof. The security within the building is great as you have to fob in few times before getting into flat which is great and safe. You have great access to all of the local shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. The only downside is the WiFi connection and mobile network signals is poor sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The development is always kept clean, Aakifah and her team are very friendly, approachable and co-operative. The team are swift in their responses almost immediately and the issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently even if reported in late hours or in weekends.

Everything we wished for was as expected or better.

Directly opposite to the mall, good access to grocery shops, restaurants. Not much traffic noise can be heard from the flats.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp, easy to access handyman

Limited parking availability - will have to request early on in tenancy/ask about availability long before moving in

Parking is good. Right infront of the town mall with range of dining options and shopping options at your doorstep

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful and prompt. They arrange to fix your problem as soon as they can which is amazing

New build development and friendly staff and continuined development of property

The location is perfect. No noise. The mall is just opposite and the train station is a ten minute walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. All issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.

I think the information provided was pretty comprehensive.

Good access to Eden shopping centre and close to train station. Road noise is a problem. Parking is provided.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They do respond to tickets raised but not always very quickly.

It’s a very comfortable place to live but quite a loud area.
