Very well developed / clean area. We love how spaced out everything seems and the houses appear to be top quality. The woodland surrounding also is very nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lady who facilitated our viewing (Saoirse) was great, very professional, explained everything well and was super patient with us. It really was appreciated, we felt respected and she had all our questions answered.

What is the best feature of your home:

I cannot choose out of the living room, garden and garage. Very happy to have a garage which will be fully utilised. The living room is spacious and the garden is well taken care off (which we will continue to do so).

Amazing property with close access to the train station and plenty of supermarkets. Locality has lot of friendly neighbors.

Easy access to train station and nearby supermarkets. Locality is good as well.

What is the best feature of your home:

Locality is good with friendly neighborhood, best part is close proximity to train station

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really poor management of the sales process. Lies around legal issues with electrical suppliers to the site create delays with completion. Home built for 6 months before could be habited due to no energy supplies to the site. Overall appalling excuse for lack of communication, honesty, not a transparent process

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly, they constantly tell me new dates that don’t materialise and the overall experience has been appalling.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked them to not commit to me 5 times a completion date they could not deliver.
