Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are very close to a small town centre. Shops, super markets, cafes and a few restaurants. A train station is just 10 minutes down the road with direct route to london. Good bus connections to cirencester, stroud, malmsbury. It is a very quiet area, good neighbours, little traffic and perfect parking for our house.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a couple small problems when we moved in, but were dealt with within a short time period and to a high satisfaction

The quality of the garden/ under the grass. We needed to go alot of work to make it good quality.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tetbury is a popular cotswold village with good amenities. The street parking on our estate is terrible, never have seen so many cars parked everywhere because the houses do not have enough parking spaces. Construction workers do what they like and leave rubbish everywhere. The estate is so poorly managed.

The criminal estate management charge - which should not have been written into contracts.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

More space and attention to detail, the home is so poorly put up it requires so much after care. Even the site maintenance man thinks they’re terrible.

Good points: Quiet Good access to shops/ local facilities Lovely sense of community Bad points: Awful customer service Communal areas not kept to a good standard Play area unusable Many houses have lots of “snags” and getting them fixed is a long, drawn out, difficult process

Aftercare and customer service are not as great as sales team promise!

Better build quality- seems many things were done in a rush

Tetbury has Antique shops. Health services are over-subscribed, No leisure centre facilities, Very limited youth provision. We also have one of the highest council tax rates in the county. Tesco is 1/4 mile away.

Employ a professional snagger.

What is the best feature of your home:

It's position on the edge of the development. We also luckily have a reasonable size garden - far bigger than most on the estate.

tetbury has a wide range of amenities from shops, cafes, restaurants, charity shops and more! lots of popular walks, parks and bike routes. good transport links to cirencester and Stroud.

what specifically service charge money goes towards.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

just to ensure all pipes etc are all tightened properly and garden grass is better quality.
