Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One shop nothing else! Transport ok. Roads still not finished and paths not suitable for prams.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There never seems to be a building manager available to talk to. It would appear they have changed so many times. Wouldn’t have a clue who it is now.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of help after buying

We are happy with the area, it is quiet and nice, sainsbury's very close, waiting for the gym and a few more shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, so good, a few issues with some details, but it is all been sorted

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The grass from the backyard, definitely that is some point to press, it could be much better

Since its a new community, there are not much facilities available

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have moved to this community in 2019 and there were no facilities available viz., local shops etc. last year , the sainsburys was opened which is providing an option for us to buy our necessities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I found Bovis Homes very complacent and takes a long time to resolve any problems. I had three sites managers changed within the span of six months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was no clear information given about the council tax etc.,

Please use a professional snagger when buying

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love my house, shame Bovis built it. Had two years of snags to get done- Bovis very slow. Love the area- 10 min walk from country side We’ve only just got a shop, but only 10 min drive from Bicester town. Bovis have recently taken the dog park away to continue building which was disappointing. No allotments available. Traffic noise isn’t too bad but you hear the transporter lorry’s up and down camp road and some times the cars on board - alarms all going off. General quiet up here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. All comepleted. Not to the best standard but they’ll do

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Use a professional snagger and ask other neighbours about problems they have had before committing to buy

It will be a great place to live

Charles (Owner)

Aug 2021

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: The local Sainsburys is handy, some of the newly built units are beginning to be filled and I understand the pub/hotel will be open by Xmas which will be great. Bad: It's taken too long to get the amenities above sorted. Additionally, there is confusion in the supply of waste water (a local supplier or Thames Water) which has resulted in excess bills. The Heyford Park management company charge lots of money but could do more to look after the estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, there is still confusion about the water issue and they feel their hands are tied which doesn't help me as a resident.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Watch out for the confusion about clean and waste water
