Great quiet place, not much traffic. A lot of parks for kids. Good shops around and great facilities as pharmacy, supermarket and even a spa salon.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That is so windy in this area😁 but otherwise nice place to live and rise children.

What is the best feature of your home:

The private driveway, good size garden and great position.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Priors Hall is a great estate to live. There is a Sainsburys local, takeaway restaurant, barbers/hairdresser, vets. Everything you could need. There are great footpaths with the trail paths now open for great walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially came out but didn't complete any follow up as promised.

The future plans for the development regarding further building development on the other side.

Absolutely lovely houses! Amazing prices and such an amazing area to live with a Sainsbury’s local and many other handy shops along with beautiful parks and a lake! Perfect for evening walks. Such a lovely development with amazing space for parking and always well kept and maintained. Perfect!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Perfectly any problems or issues can be reported and fixed immediately! Outstanding service.

When we moved in we had no idea that we would have a lake at the end of the road or the amount of playgrounds in the area would of recommended to people we knew buying to also look up here! Especially when the house was built all we wanted to do was recommend!

Parking is awful, lied to about facilities being available ie pub,told there would be no social housing and there is,kids out till late and parents not watching them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't raised any issues at present, althou parking still isnt sorted

Bad point-lied to That there wasnt going to be any social housing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good playground facilities. Shops etc are only just getting established but looking good for the future. Living in our street isnt much fun at the moment as we are opposite Jelson's building site. They have not fenced off the site as other builders elsewhere have. The dust is awful and very little attention is paid to consideration to people living there. I think maybe we purchased too early!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been very supportive regarding a problem with neighbour feeding the red kites and causing a problem to our using our garden and to the birds.

I wish I'd known just how long I was going to be living on a building site. I've been here 4yrs and live opposite Jelson's building site.
