We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Harrow Square is developed by Barratt Homes. It is located in Middlesex Harrow and is one minute away from Harrow on Hill Station with direct lines to Kings Cross St. Pancreas and Baker Street. Harrow itself is home to one of the largest shopping areas in London and the development is only a 15 minute walk away from Harrow on Hill village. The landmark tower is considered to create a new focal point for the town centre. The residence overlooks the city of London with a communal roof terrace.

The development has unfortunately turned out to be disappointing after spending a year in the flat. The flat itself has begun to show many signs of shoddy workmanship from peeling covers to incorrectly installed underfloor heating pipes and unfinished balcony ceiling. There have been recurrent problems with having no hot water in the flats and incorrectly assembled heating at our flat. There have also been some security issues related to the square, with people gathering there at night to spend time loudly or fighting. The issue remains unsolved.

I live by myself so the apartment is really spacious for one person, it could even fit two. It wasn’t furnished when I moved in which I like and everyone in the building is private and to themselves due to the layout.

Like the area and the neighborhood. High prices for relatively cheap materials. Very safe building and location very close to the station. Great maintenance and concierge services offered. Spaces are relatively small. Lack of storage

Commute to central London is really good, plenty of shops and supermarkets. There are 2 shopping centres, 1 cinema. There are also a good number of gyms in the area. The neighboRs are quietc, good sense of community.

Not finished yet, but very modern, it's new sone it's attractive. Brand new. Spacious for one person. Good finishes in the interior. There's a concierge but I haven't spoken to him. Close to transport links.
