Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is nicely placed with many fields surrounding. The only difficulties are the roads are not amazing, and you have to use them to get to the most valuable shopping areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lawn and garden care takes time and is expensive if you dont have your own lawn mower

What is the best feature of your home:

The build has a nice kitchen with french doors that open to a spacious garden. From the front door, a seemless tiled corridor leads into the brightly lit kitchen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is one shop very nearby and one sandwich shop. One drinkers pub and one foodie pub, as well as a working man’s club for families. The street is very quiet with excellent neighbours. There is only one Chinese takeaway. Being a village, transport needs improvement and getting kids to high school is not the easiest.

Ideally the gardens could have been better - the top soil is thin to say the least and the slope of the garden is leading to sinking at the back fence. Having solar panels on all new builds is surely something Bloor should be doing now??

What is the best feature of your home:

The flooring options were great and looks great all the way through the ground floor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Range of local shops is appalling as well as the quality. Makes it worse for people who don’t drive and have to rely on public transport as that’s even worse or costs a fortune just to get into Wolverton the closes place to be able to do an average shop. Parking was clearly considered which is helpful. Bin collections are smooth albeit some more recycle bags would help everyone. Anti social behaviour is kept to a minimum, as the development is quite spacious it allows noise to flow. Late at night you can often here people outside in their garden or walking home. Traffic noise is a minimum however you can hear the odd train at night in passing as the noise easily travels through the development

Travel would be a issue

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature within my Property would have to be the bathroom space. Upstairs has a large spacious bathroom with big airing cupboard.

I absolutely love living in Hanslope. It is quiet and out of the humdrum of Milton Keynes. Easy living with lots of beautiful places to walk. The locals are very friend too!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Always consider the land the house is built on. All of this area is very much built on clay so the drainage in the gardens is a little poor. I would have held back from laying good quality lawn if I had known the garden would get a little sodden.

What is the best feature of your home:

The brightness of the house and the size of the windows.

Lovely village. School, doctors, shops, club and pubs as well as take a ways.

No major issues. Wish the landscaping at the back of the estate had been finished.

What is the best feature of your home:

It is positioned in a perfect place for us. It suits our needs for size and rooms.
