We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The layout of the house is very good, I like the double doors in the living room that lead out to the garden. I also like that in the kitchen there is room for a dining table and chairs. I like having a downstairs toilet it’s very good for when guests are over.

Fantastic area would of been nice to see a play park for younger kids only issues are at the moment are with drains smelling really bad and the lack of parking most people living within the development are limited to one parking space per household which nowadays there's more than one vehicle to each household

How it’s designed, love the space we have got, love how we have 3 bathrooms! Everyone gets on with everyone on this development, even all the builder guys and site managers are friendly to say hello too. Couldn’t ask for a better site to live on; it’s not complete yet but that doesn’t affect me or my family.

The property you can tell is done cheaply and rushed as the finishing touches are messy. Checks are not done correctly as things have happened in the house which should never be done. Our patio door fell off due to incorrect screws used. As above the parking is a big negative as some people only have one car. No household now only has one car and it creates a problem of people dumping cars all over.

Buildings are up to a required standard, ample space in rooms, not to small and are well maintained, well designed and nice gardens, all amenities are very close within ten minutes walking distance and bus routes to York are regular, all in all its a pleasure to reside here
