The local area is great, everyone is very friendly. There is a supermarket a short walk away as well as a selection of pubs. Lichfield centre is within walking distance as well as some nice walking routes. The development is close by to the motorway and other road networks making the commute to work much easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have been some issues but most of these have been dealt with swiftly.

Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with excellent location. We couldn’t be more pleased!

That the water and gas were on meters
What is the best feature of your home:
Garden is our best feature as we have said we landed on our feet with how spacious our plot is.

Do not like the way the doors are together front and back as no privacy and all smells from neighbours house in own house
