A quiet area, easy travel to Sheffield. Local shops are average, but there are lots of supermarket’s. Some pubs within walking distance.

The best feature is the overall design and the quality of the interior and fixtures.

Good : great location with easy access to A57 . All houses around this development looks decent. It’s also a safe area without hustle. There’s supermarket nearby and not far from the town center. Bad : bus station a bit far.

It’s not really a developer problem , but the mortgage advisor that developer provided . We have have been told a number of deposit to put down , however, the number has suddenly been increased really close to the complete time.

What is the best feature of your home:

Skylight windows without loads of light in the room. French door to the back garden. Open planned kitchen and living room.
