We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Absolutely shocking how Crest Nicholson has left Maizey Road with unfinished roads and no foot paths. Was told they would start work in October but 2 months down the line no work has been carried out. After 2 years this is unacceptable.

As above. Feel miss sold. No work been done on snag list, issues with neighbours on housing association. Windows on houses poor quality and roads always left dangerous and slippery. Also an issue with the primary school parents using streets to park cars and block junctions making it extremely dangerous

The building is good so is the design the garden is poor as it gets very boggy and hard to walk on which makes the grass hard to cut when rains the garden in between the patios get very boggy and stay boggy most of the summer closest to the building and is causing mould in the bathroom even though windows get opened

There’s definitely somethings about the new build property. Which make no sense realistically. But there isn’t anything bad. I would have advised more parking or adding a drive way. I love having an upstairs and downstairs bathroom available. The building management so far has been great, there’s been minimal need for anything which is also great.
