Absolutely shocking how Crest Nicholson has left Maizey Road with unfinished roads and no foot paths. Was told they would start work in October but 2 months down the line no work has been carried out. After 2 years this is unacceptable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are small but convenient, not a huge quantity but you wouldn’t expect that from a small village. Good parks and open spaces. Quiet street with no problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Repairs are generally quite quick to be carried out. The “home owners” tend to look down on the housing association tenants and it’s quite divided in that aspect.

As above. Feel miss sold. No work been done on snag list, issues with neighbours on housing association. Windows on houses poor quality and roads always left dangerous and slippery. Also an issue with the primary school parents using streets to park cars and block junctions making it extremely dangerous

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Messing streets and building work left unkept. Muddy roads and noisy road sweep 24/7 which makes it difficult to sleep. Children screaming round the clock at the park, could do with a gate and time it opens and closes. Anti social behaviour and load parties from housing association houses aswell as unkept front of houses. Kids playing in the street and around cars. Unacceptable and feel miss sold on property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have called and chased up emails with very little response

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Miss sold completely, was not told about he amount of housing association homes - disappointed

Greensquare have major problems maintaining their propertys to a high standard. GreenSquare also have problems reporting and responding to repairs within a certain time frame as stated on their website. GreenSquare have major communication problems between departments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live within 30 seconds of sainsburys local, barbers/hairdressers and coffee shop which is very convenient. Bin collections especially recycling are not always collected which means our bin shed often overflows and is filthy - a health hazard. Faulty lights inside bin shed. Not enough parking spaces for all residents. Traffic noise is minimal. Stagecoach bus service is shocking for tadpole. Buses often cancelled or running late. Love tadpoles scenery and the walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Greensquare have taken months to repair issues that have accrued in my property. GreenSquare do not stick to time frames given for repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would of read reviews of landlord greensquareaccord before taking a tenancy with them.

The building is good so is the design the garden is poor as it gets very boggy and hard to walk on which makes the grass hard to cut when rains the garden in between the patios get very boggy and stay boggy most of the summer closest to the building and is causing mould in the bathroom even though windows get opened

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are okay but could do with a post office buses would be better if they came from the other side of the village my street is okay just need people to look before they pull out of the shop car park there is no anti social behaviour in our street

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Keep an eye on your garden as they can sink due to no topsoil also some properties get given sheds and clothesline where we didn’t

    Perfect New Area

There’s definitely somethings about the new build property. Which make no sense realistically. But there isn’t anything bad. I would have advised more parking or adding a drive way. I love having an upstairs and downstairs bathroom available. The building management so far has been great, there’s been minimal need for anything which is also great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is a short distance walk away; Sainsburys, coffee shop, hairdressers/barbers, Postbox, schools and an up going doctors surgery too. The Bin days are done smoothly, I’ve had no issues. Parking can be a bit of an issue sometimes, there should be more spaces for visitors and family. There’s buses regularly from Tadpole to Town etc. There’s also a larger selection of shops and food outlets as near as a 10min drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes the appointment scheduling can be lengthy. But apart from that, it’s been great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known that a park was going to be built outside my house. You’ll need to make sure to check up on the Utility companies so you’re not back charged either.
