Quality of restaurants and bars in the area seems limited to be honest but I'm used to living in London so I suppose I'm biased. Sainsbury's is close enough and there's the park not far from here. As more things open up in the development I expect the selection and quality will improve. Transport - being next to the station is brilliant! Manc, Brum and London feel very accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Disappointed in the issue of being unwilling to repair cracks and imperfections in a brand new flat

Not much! Feel like the information was readily provided at viewing and follow-ups were answered by phone and email :)

It’s a good place to stay rents are a bit higher but it is safe and nice with good facilities provided

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded fast except for one issue we had sometimes they delay

I wish I knew how high the rents were compared to other houses in stoke

Well maintained, clean and with good amenities. Next to the railway station and the A25 so good location. Great gym and cafe in the lobby and beautiful garden outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive and go out of their way to be available to answer queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have been more particular about getting a flat on a higher floor since I believe it may be quieter when facing the A25.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great! The train station is less than 5minutes walk, supermarket like sainsbury and lidl is less dan a 10minutes walk. The town centre is nearby, and easy access to make your way to the motorway. There are parking facilities nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. They staff is very responsive to 2 issues that I had and were quickly resolved.

On the app, there are Community groups that can engage the tenants to join activities and events.

Good community. Easily accessible to local shops and city centre. Lots of bins for residents available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive to any concerns raised. Quick resolution and very helpful.

Good community feeling is encouraged with upcoming events in the building.
