​The area benefits greatly from fantastic transport links and several well-maintained open spaces, though the daily struggle for parking availability and some issues with traffic noise remain the biggest drawbacks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response to issues has been consistently slow, often requiring multiple follow-up emails, and follow-through remains a significant problem needing improvement.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, the move-in process was very transparent, and I don't feel there was any crucial insight or issue hidden from me during the initial viewing or application process.

I have been living in the complex for a year. Very convenient location, quiet place, not much noise. Garbage is taken out almost regularly. Convenient postal service.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building administration takes care of customers and responds immediately to orders.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

everything is convenient. warm room. Very warm comfortable windows in winter. Convenience of automatic closing of windows on the roof.

Located in city centre. Waitrose nearby. Lots of restaurants/bars in the area. Parking on street with council permit - tricky to get parking spot if football is on.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Managers are lovely and have close relationships with tenants. Always happy to help out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Higher price compared to other properties, but get lots of additional benefits (social events, gym, co-working space).

Have been at Eyewitness Works for 2-months now and very pleased. The apartments have maintained the historical character and charm of it previous existence, and the individual apartments are well presented and have excellent kitchens. The rooms have numerous windows giving ample light. The courtyards provide a pleasant ambience, especially at night when lit up. The apartment block has an excellent lounge for residence to use with tea/coffee etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, swiftly and well executed by friendly staff; great service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Restrictions in placing curtain rails on the windows (drilling holes etc), but there is a simple workaround.

Great location close to the heart of Sheffield city centre with ample facilities in walking distance, with easy access to the ring-road and onto the M1.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy to contact, friendly, and very efficient - commendable

Management provided a very good introduction to the facility, leaving very little not covered.
