Quality of restaurants and bars in the area seems limited to be honest but I'm used to living in London so I suppose I'm biased. Sainsbury's is close enough and there's the park not far from here. As more things open up in the development I expect the selection and quality will improve. Transport - being next to the station is brilliant! Manc, Brum and London feel very accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Disappointed in the issue of being unwilling to repair cracks and imperfections in a brand new flat

Not much! Feel like the information was readily provided at viewing and follow-ups were answered by phone and email :)

It’s a good place to stay rents are a bit higher but it is safe and nice with good facilities provided

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded fast except for one issue we had sometimes they delay

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how high the rents were compared to other houses in stoke

The location is amazing. It’s in a very walkable part of the city with entertainment, fitness, groceries and shopping all within easy reach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly via WhatsApp, and in a friendly way that I can’t fault

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amenities are in a building separate from the one we are living in. It’s not a big deal, but packages go missing a lot due to repeating house numbers in the separate buildings. The parcel locker doesn’t seem to help, as the delivery people don’t appear to use them.

Very close to main city centre and also big super markets. Close to bus routes. How the street is near antisocial street. Bin store is very convenient. Some litter on street but expected in city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick to respond and friendly yet professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If windows don’t open then mould is an issue but get a dehumidifier

Really great community, everything was always done and clean and people are just genuinely nice and there are some cute dogs

I didn’t ever have any issues but everything was in good working order so that’s good

Wish I’d known that there weren’t many transport links and I’d have to take a bus
