We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Flat is ok although being only 4 years old it already looks dated internally. The finish isn't good, radiators not working in every flat on my floor - apparently, Berkeley Homes aren't interested in rectifying. Remember that name "Berkeley Homes" you might like to avoid it if you are thinking of buying a home in London.

The development itself has the very peaceful sound of running water from the ‘lagoon’ in the middle and is generally very quiet. The security staff are nice but they have temporary staff all the time who don’t have any idea what’s going on so if you leave notes for them e.g. to give access to visitors when you’re not there they get lost etc.

In terms of the way the building is structured, I really like the colours and the designs of the building, which gives off an industrial business-y vibe. I love how there are a variety of supermarkets to choose from such as Sainsbury's, a cinema, swimming pool and gym facilities, which are really handy and nearby.

We have so much to do here, the shopping, the cinema, gym etc. Are all really great to go to and easy because they're literally downstairs. Being near the student area isn't great though as they can be loud at nights and also there can sometimes be a strong smell of weed.

The building is often clean. We have had issues with the front door. The entrance door closes really slow because of disabled people to have the time to enter Number on the door would be nice, it's hard for others to find it since we don't have a number on the wallet or door. I can still hear the lift when i am inside of my flat, the lift is that loud.
