Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Reasonable range of stores in Coxheath, only an Indian restaurant and various takeaways. Transport links are not great, living in my street is good with respectful neighbours. Parking is good, bin collection seems to work okay, not experience any anti-social behaviour as yet and no real traffic noise.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Can't think of anything that springs to mind, the only thing I didn't like when I moved in was having the kitchen half ceramic tiled and half carpeted.
What is the best feature of your home:
Love my kitchen and UT room, but pleased with the overall design and build quality. Nice big garage.
