Good development and well planned. Shame that they keep promising shops but they won’t build them yet. More parking near flats needed. Roads are a good width. Better recreational areas are required. Property management company are terrible. I wouldn’t buy if I knew they were the property management

No shops! Property management company called HML are the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Management company being useless, if only solar panels were an options

Space and layout are good and more than enough for our needs

Our 2 bedroom apartment is very nice and spacious. We were able to choose our own kitchen and bathroom design which was very good. Taylor Wimpey have been very helpful with a few snags we had and made it a very easy process moving in aswell as having our 2 year aftercare

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is nice and quiet the only bad thing is Gatwick is close by and sometimes noisy. The parking is very good and lots of visitor bays and it’s very central lots of things around the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We couldn’t view the property because of covid, so we bought looking at drawings.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

We have a Juliet balcony but one thing we would like to as open balcony we could sit on.

The building designs and the layout of the of the development are amazing. A great feeling driving in knowing I own a part of it. The management of the development over the past year however, has left a lot to be desired. This is changing soon and hopefully for the better.

Could do with having a little shop near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Honestly, have been ignored and it’s well past them caring now.

The impact sound proofing isn’t great and if you have kids above you will hear them.

Development is good despite some silly switches and tap installation locations. Bathroom sinks are very small for en-suite and downstairs toilet. Kitchen and living room are good. Spacious master bed room but other 2 rooms are quite small. Nice garage and 2 parking spaces.

Positives: Economical in the area, near to Airport, near to motor way Negatives: No park, no market, no station, no bus stop near by

We like the layout of the house and size of rooms specially the master bedroom, the long driveway for several cars. The garden could have been bigger but satisfying. Still waiting for some amenities to become available in the area but not far from big supermarkets anyway.

Very nice calm area, with that nice new look. Broad streets, not many cars parked in the road like in other places which is important for us.

I just wouldn’t request to lay the grass again as was not properly done.

What is the best feature of your home:

Master bedroom size, we have super king bed and a leaving space in the bedroom for being so big.
