Beaufort Park, NW9

The developments offer lots of facilities, the pool and gym are great! The area is very clean and pretty, lots of greenery. The neighbours are great and it is a diverse area. I am disappointed at the lack of parking and the excess traffic but still satisfied with where I live. My house is very bright and has a lot of space!

The development was meant to resemble manhattan however it does not at all. The property itself is quite nice however the surrounding roads have loads of people who are not residents hanging around. I am able to walk the dog in the park however it always smells of drugs a lot!

The building is like a cardboard. But it does have great sound proof. Good elevator helpful management! I would not recommend moving here if you are looking for a quiet area there is a Facebook group for the Neighbourhood and quite often I read how people are complaining about asking people to turn down the music there quite a lot of parties happening here almost every weekend

Love everything, convenience of the shops, Tescos, sainsburys, etc, spa is fantastic with gym and swimming pool. Great location for transport. Everything literally great except the extent of the ongoing construction work and the development needs more greenery.
