2 minutes away from plant restaurants bars in the square. Big food supermarket 2 minutes away and a small metro 1 minute away Right by the marina Plenty of deli and cafes near

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Raised one issues which never got looked into but seems the problem is ok now. All in all ok

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fixed term contract length is quite long and the area where the parcels are left is quite messy.

Great location. Range of shops, local bars and nice walks. Good parking. Social. Low traffic. Good bin collection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have quickly checked in on the issues at hand however solving the issues tends to be longer/forgotten about.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some of the furniture although looks nice in the apartment has been uncomfortable and you are unable to store it with the building/property manager if wanting to change it.

Lots of great bakeries, pubs, restaurants and a few shops in easy walking distance. The marina is just over the canal for a nice walk and the city centre is nearby too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have, although occasionally with a wait of several days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how thin the walls are/ how loud the doors shut. You can hear the neighbours coming and going very loudly, as well as other noise from adjacent flats.

Good - great location - companio bakery downstairs - great restaurants walking distance away - traffic noise minimal - walking distance to tram stop Bad - management company haven't been hugely switched on throughout tenancy, a few issues related to water leaks from other apartments which has taken months to resolve - decor - sofa not comfy, furniture not what I would pick for my flat

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has taken a long time to get some issues resolved which have been related to water leaks from the flat upstairs.

Water leaks are quite common in the building from experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighbourhood, Ancoats, is great. There are loads of bakeries, restaurants, wine bars, breweries and shops to look around. Plus the marina and canals are right here for nice walks and places to sit at lunchtime. There's a huge car park underneath the development so it's easy when friends visit. The bins are emptied often and are quite spacious. The traffic is non existent but the walls of the building aren't very soundproof so I do hear my neighbours quite a bit, talking, moving around etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly - there were quite a few problems to sort out at the start and the team sent plumbers/electricians within the next day that I reported it.

That pigeons in Manchester are crazy and make a lot of noise and poop everywhere. The building is surrounded by them on the canal side.
