Fitzroy Place is a mixed-use development built on the site of the old Middlesex Hospital in the heart of London’s West End. It features 200 residential units – one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses – and a number of commercial outlets. Residents enjoy first-class transport links around London, thanks to nearby Goodge Street and Oxford Circus, which provide access to the Northern, Victoria, Central and Bakerloo lines.
Fitzroy Place, W1 Reviews

We had a rather chaotic handover period, where various snagging issues which made the first month a bit tiring. The location is perfect, close to the buzz of Soho and The Westend, 5 minutes jog to Regents Park and you have Charlotte street and Fitzrovia as your local community. We were amazed how quiet and peaceful it is at the weekends. Not what you would expect in central London. The concierge team are fantastic. They are so helpful and caring, led by the charming Rad the whole team are top notch.. The building itself is beautifully designed and the interiors are very high quality. I did hear of some owners having issues with the finishes but our experience was good. The common parts are like a boutique hotel and always immaculate. The amenities are top class, the only thing missing is a pool but that didn’t bother us. We have spoken to a few people who have moved into the main competitive scheme Rathbone Place and we looked at a flat there. For us it doesn’t compare with Fitzroy place, which is a better looking scheme, the courtyard is really well maintained and utilized and there bars, cafes in the scheme are great. We could not recommend this building enough, it is the perfect central London location.

No hidden surprises, this place really was perfect.
Luxurious design and facilities
The security is not very good. The flat has come with a washing machine, a dryer and a microwave installed . There is a right equipped gym and a private cinema where movies are shown weekly. The movies are played up to 4 times a week . The movie programme is displayed on the lobby’s information board. Many smart systems in the flat break down easily, for example, the lights switch on automatically. The heater in the winter and the ventilation in the summer do not function properly.

It can get very loud in the nights on the outside area. The University is close. There are good shops, a post office, and a variety of restaurants from all price categories.

I wish I had known about the noise outdoors.
Nice place to live
Pretty good and helpful concierge. The flat is pretty spacious and the lighting is generally good as well. Ventilation is inside but despite of that it becomes very hot in the summer sometimes. The building management is good. I livery in 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, one of each is an ensuite bathroom.

Very community based
I love community vibe this development has to offer. The concierge and staff are very friendly , productive and helpful. There are many community events which allows for me to build a relationship with my neighbours. My particular flat is great, modern and spacious, all the flats have a standard layout which I really like.

Spacious building with a lot of luxurious common facilities
Spacious building with a lounge, a quiet study area , a car park , a bike storage and a gymnasium inside one of the units. It has security and concierge too. Three is an additional fee for using the gym and the car park. The design of my flat is an open plan.

The perfect place!
I adore the fact we have a sunroom. Pet friendly. Windows were tinted so light was a bit limited. Very good for hosting, spacious. There isn’t much of a community feeling but there are extra amenities which I use. Concierge is well managed

Heater is always on, but will be charged if turned off.
Quiet development with security and concierge
The appearance and the structure of the flat are very good. Very good layout. A couple of faults in the house, for instance, the water pressure, the maintenance is not very good at times , you can’t throw the rubbish for more than a week. There are a security and a concierge in the building.

Love location, new good designed building
The apartment has a good space and quiality is good, the issue we have is with the lighting (we have had shutdowns).
I really like the design of the building itself and the facade is nice. We have balconies which is very convenient. Is a quite new development and a lot of people is moving here.
