Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really enjoy the inner city living you get from FN1. Peaceful environment to live in. I like being close to north street

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The sales team were sub par and I wish someone told me to be careful dealing with them.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the high ceilings and windows and the kitchen has a nice finish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bedminster has so much creativity and so many things to do. You could never be bored! We are next to the airport bus stop, 20 minutes and you’re at Bristol ready to fly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Communal gas not mains, makes it VERY expensive. Also City and Countey fail to recycle our waste.

What is the best feature of your home:

En suite bathroom as a whole! The gold fixtures and wet room are lovely.

Excellent Apartments at a great price, Management Company could be better

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre, the river is close by and the harbourside is great during the summer. The Bedminister train station is also very convienent to get to Temple Meads and London. The area around the development is being improved very quickly with a few new nice restaurants opening up recently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the management company, would have fixed issues myself instead of contacting them and waiting endlessly.

What is the best feature of your home:

My apartment is very spacious with a modern look while keeping the original wooden panelling. Great blend of antique and modern tastes.

A smart, city location in a vibrant and diverse community

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location close to the city waterfront, surrounded by mostly independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Only 15 minutes' walk from Bristol Temple Meads and good bus routes. The area is still 'on its way up' after some difficult times, but new signs of regeneration and improvement every day. A very friendly place - we held a very successful 'Big Lunch' for neighbours in 2024, and are already planning for the next event.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While well designed and reasonably spacious, the flats are still quite compact - quite a challenge when downsizing from a bigger home. Apart from the great concierge, the standard of management has so far been patchy and disappointing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location, security and views - we had a ringside seat for the August Bristol Balloon Fiesta with dozens of beautiful balloon passing right by and overhead. The on-site concierge is excellent.
