Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve lived in this area for over 19 years and still do. It’s a very safe neighborhood with plenty of supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

50:50 really. I know a lot of the tenants who were not so happy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lift going out of service every time someone moves in or out.

I’ve been living here almost 4 years,good location,nice area but the material it’s been used it’s not the best. Parking gate should have remotes control,every time you back home you have to get off and press the code.?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Every time we have problems and issues with anything we send email to the management and they fix the problem.

My flat window it’s next to main road and the sounds of police,ambulance and fire department car it’s nightmare ??????
