Great house with all amenities, free parking and free gym for residents. Very clean common areas and complementary room service!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have a leakage from my floor and handyman was there is a second

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noisy road which you can hear at night and many stabbings in the area, but everything else is great

Nice area , located in the main highstreet behind above a row of shops so limited parking and small side enterance into the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No I have been experiencing cockroaches since I moved in in June and still in October no one has been out after months of constant pushing the report for pest control, leak in bathroom and broken lock in living room along with a number of other issues still have not been addressed either

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the management and maintenance are terrible at responding out to issues , and that there is a cockroach infestation

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is great here like parking availability,bin collections,etc ..and 5mins walk to shops,stores,cineworld,like everything because this building is in High Street.... Comes to bad aspects ,here is only one problem inside houses that is storage cupboards and also we don't have doors for wardrobe as well ..that is the only thing overall its great ?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As i mentioned before if there is a problem we raised,sometimes they will repair in 2-3days or somethings it takes 1-2weeks as well,it depends... other than that overall its great ?

Viewing point and cupboard/wardrobes for storages and ventilation is must for a house..

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Staying for last 2 years without having any issues.. absolutely worth staying here and definitely recommend others for consideration..

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very supportive as always and fully attentive .

Never feel any bad situation till now after staying for more than 2 years

Very good shopping, can be loud at night. The bins are always very full and the parking is very expensive

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It can be a bit long to get issue sorted out sometimes

The flat is extremely hot in the summer and the parking is expensive
