Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Enjoy have a Lidl nearby. Good bus links with 50, 53, 192, 142/42 close by. Green spaces with Birchfield and Platt Field parks nearby. High car traffic volume and noise with poor behaviour and poor parking from car drivers. Large amount of litter on the streets and fly tipping down alleys (I have tried to clear but it keeps coming back...). Bin collections generally good, even when residents don't adhere to waste disposal rules.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very good, either by email or via the PlaceFirst app. Usually within the same day or as soon as.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe having recycling containers inside the flat and/or coffee table. Space for a small hoover.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great transport links with very easy and quick access to the city centre. Nice green spaces nearby. Mostly quiet neighbourhood, little traffic noise. Closeness to major shops (ASDA and Lidl) is also a plus!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I was having a thermostat issue in my shower, Sarah helped me out and got it fixed for me within a week.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The energy consumption of the flat is higher than I expected it to be. It was worth looking into a few providers to get a better price.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is not much to do in the immediate area, however it is conveniently located nearby the University of Manchester, MRI, and bus routes to city centre so it is easy to take public transport.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response times by management are very quick, we raised an issue with a mess left in the stairwell and they had cleaned it within a day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartments come furnished and they will not remove any furniture into storage if you bring your own; combined with limited storage space in the one-bedroom flats, it can be a bit cramped if you are bringing lots of stuff in. It's great if you are not bringing furniture with you, though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are convenient local shops and the development is close to a major supermarket. It is also on several quick and efficient bus routes to the center of town. The area itself can get quite noisy and rowdy at times from other neighbors and people on the street, but overall it is safe and convenient. I hear little to no traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All problems have been addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would have known the rowdiness of the neighbors at times, and also how hot it can get in the Summer without any air conditioning.
