Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very local which is a bonus, I am able to go different areas from here like Disbury, Stockport, Manchester City centre, Salford etc I find the area friendly and I haven’t felt there has been any issues at the moment

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah they have and it has been done asap so happy with that

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

From what I can see at the a moment: there hasn’t been much issues but the broadband connection seems to be mainly catered to Virgin media and I have sky broadband and I do have issues but it is what it is

Great place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is in a great central area, close to all necessary amenities. It can be noisy at times, but overall the convenience outweighs the occasional noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance could do with some improvement. The portal is a great way of logging difficulties, however I had some issues when it came to organising my repairs and communicating with the repair people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats can get very warm in the summer and the surroundings can be quite noisy at times.

Lovely development and convenient location, although nowhere is perfect and improvements can definitely be made to get to 5 stars.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very conveniently placed, however there is a lot of road noise (car alarms, commotion outside etc) and there could definitely be a better range of restaurants and shops in the nearby area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. I’ve experienced very rude texts from the plumber and consistently poor cooperation in terms of organising visits, to the point where I’m reluctant to log maintenance issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The level of noise from the street can be very disturbing at times

Clean, safe and modern, if a little overpriced.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bus stops provide fairly easy access to the city center, although the lack of a tram line locally does lead to a lot of traffic during commutes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all of our issues thus far have been addressed and resolved where possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure the correct energy meter has been assigned to your account, as the meter is not placed within the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are so many good aspects of where I live. For living in Manchester for the first time, I’m in an area where so many restaurants in walking distance and also asdas, Lidls and Farmfoods literally around the corner! There hasn’t been any antisocial behaviour and I hear a little bit of traffic during the day which I enjoy as I like a little hustle and bustle! We have private gates parking which I love!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly via email and sorted almost instantly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It gets extremely warm in the summer on the top floor!
